La Casa di Costanza is a holiday home nestled in one of the most charming locations of the Italian mountains. The apartment, spacious and meticulously decorated, is ideal for both short and long stays, offering you a unique experience in the heart of nature.
The apartment, spread over two levels, was completely renovated at the end of 2023. It features two bedrooms, one very spacious with a double bed and another with bunk beds, plus a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
All furniture is new, as well as the mattresses and bed linens.
The kitchen is also new, equipped with a state-of-the-art dishwasher and induction cooktop.
The house also offers a washer/dryer, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The flooring is wood, the windows are new, and the fireplace is fully functional (firewood is not provided).
During the summer months, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains on the ground floor, and balconies in both bedrooms.
The ski bus stop, which takes you to the Valtournenche ski lifts and continues to Cervinia, is just 50 meters from the house.
