Holiday House La Rouine - Morgex

The house is located in a very quiet residential area, just one minute on foot from the center of Morgex, the supermarket and numerous restaurants. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the ski slopes of Courmayeur and La Thuile. During the summer you can quickly reach all the localities of the Valdigne under Monte Bianco.
The space has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and pantry, living room with 6 seatings. Two bathrooms, one with shower and bidet and a toilet. Outside, a large balcony in mountain style overlooking the private garden; the property is south-facing with views of the valley and the mountains of Grivola (3969 mt.)
The building is located near the Cave Montblanc, famous for its excellent Blanc de Morgex wines. On foot you can reach in 2 minutes the "Pizza Out" Pizzeria, next to the playground of La Rouine, in 5 minutes the supermarket Famila and in 8 minutes the center of Morgex . In the area you can do many more or less challenging walks, including to the Arpy Lake and Lake Liconi.
The village of Courmayeur, a perfect starting point for summer and winter hikes, is only ten kms from the house, and so is the Skyway cablecar leading up on the Monte Bianco.
