"Maison Marcoz", is a historic house from the 1500s, located in the small village of Chez les blanc Dessus, in a hamlet of Étroubles village at an altitude of 1,200 mt, in the Upper Valley of Gran San Bernardo along the« Via Francigena ». It is surrounded by meadows. Inside you can find 4 apartments restored in 2023. Outside you will find a solarium where you can relax and recharge in an oasis of peace.
"Maison Marcoz" is 2 km away from the village of Étroubles, a mountain resort very appreciated for its tranquillity, for sports and cultural activities, for its sunny location throughout the year, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle along the« Via Francigena », or by car.
It’s 14 km far from the city of Aosta that can be reached in about 10 minutes.
A bus service with a stop 200 mt from Maison Marcoz allows you to reach Aosta and Martigny (Switzerland).
In about 10 minutes you can reach the slopes of the alpine skiing area of« Crevacol» and in 7 minutes the Nordic ski slopes of Flassin, where there is also the snowpark for children.
