The property is located 20 minutes by car from the departure of the Aosta / Pila cable car, 30 minutes by car from the ski areas of Crevacol (ski,ski mountaineering, snowshoes), Bionaz and Flassin (cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoes)
Roisan is located in the Gran San Bernardo Valley at about 900 meters a.s.l.
It is about 10 minutes by car from Aosta (8 km) which is considered the "Little Rome" for the important remains left in Roman times.
Furthermore, in the village, a few minutes walk from the property, there are: a grocery store, a bar, a pizzeria and a restaurant, a post office and a sport centre with tennis and football fields
All apartments are furnished with taste and functionality, combining a modern and rustic mountain style
Each apartment has a kitchen with all appliances, a living room, 2 bedrooms (which can be transformed from double to twin beds and vice versa) and bathroom with shower.
All accommodations are equipped with free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, bed linen and towels and a large terrace from which to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of our mountains.
There are countless walks starting from Roisan area, directly from the back of the house either on foot or by bicycle and in any season.
