Great apartment with a perfect location

We rented the "Marmolada" apartment for 9 people during a week in late February. The apartment was excellent, and located right in the center of Arabba close to ski lifts and the supermarket. Ski rental is situated in the same building. Roberto is such a warm and kind person, and I can highly recommend him and the apartment.

Top location

The host is very kind and helpful. The apartment is located at the best possible location in Arabba, close to the lifts for both Sellaronda directions. The supermarket is across the street. The après ski bar is at the base floor, but it is quiet enough, so there was no problem with the noise. The Marmolada apartment itself is very good - the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is slightly tight for 8 big persons, but still enough to fit us all. There is ski locker at the entrance, and ski boot heater in the corridor. Perfect choice for a ski vacation.

Great accommodation

A well-equipped apartment in Marmolada with beautiful, renovated bathrooms. We were a group of seven and very satisfied! The kitchen and dining area is a bit small, but sufficient for socializing. In our opinion, however, for six to eight people, an additional common area (e.g., a living room) would be helpful if the whole group isn't skiing. The owner, Roberto, is very friendly, helpful, and always available. The apartment is ideally located near the ski lifts and slopes of the Sellaronda, as well as a sports shop, supermarket, and restaurants. Highly recommended for all skiers.

Cozy apartment equipped with all comforts

For the second year in a row, we chose to spend our holidays in this apartment, which is incredibly welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Mr. Roberto, his wife, and his mother have always been extremely helpful and kind, ready to accommodate every request with a smile. Highly recommended, also for its excellent central location and the convenience of the bus service right outside the door. I hope to be able to return next year!

Reception

The most pleasing aspect is the location of this beautiful apartment, along with its functionality and impeccable cleanliness. The Grones family—Marilena, Anna, and Roberto—as always responded promptly and with a smile to our every request or need. We felt more like family than guests. A holiday to repeat. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay

We were with a group of friends on a ski trip. The location is excellent. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Contact with the owner (Roberto) was excellent. I sincerely recommend it for a vacation in a beautiful place.

Great location near the ski lifts and restaurants

The Marmolada apartment is very well-equipped, with stylishly renovated bathrooms. There were six of us, and we were very satisfied! The landlord is very friendly and always available; he answered all our questions quickly. The apartment is ideally located for the ski lifts and slopes, as well as for shops and restaurants.

Top holiday

Exceptional apartment with all the comforts, very centrally located with a bus stop right outside. Excellent cleanliness. Mr. Roberto is extremely helpful and kind, and can answer any questions I have. I had a wonderful two weeks, we hope to return soon.

Comfortable and excellent location

Ours men’s group have just returned from a very successful week at Apt Marmolada. Lovely warm welcome from the owners who also run the local supermarket nearby. Roberto also provided good advice on local restaurants and driving routes from Venice ( best via Belluno, Alleghe). The apartment is excellently located and perfect for us. Great skiing in all directions. Arabba is a great base.

Great stay

We really liked our stay in the Dolomites Apartments in Arabba. The location was great, as well as the host of the apartment. The apartment was clean, and we didn't miss anything. We felt very welcome, and Roberto always answered our questions and gave us tips during our stay. Highly recommended!

Best choice of apartments in Arabba

First of all: the hosts are the friendliest and the most accommodating ever. The apartments are clean and well equipped, and they have very a good heating, there is enough space for ski's and there is a bootwarming closet, so nice in the morning! And as for location, it is just perfect, right in the center of Arabba, yet close to the main ski-lifts. The small supermarket is just opposite the apartment. We spent some lovely evenings, just staying in, and playing board games with our friends, staying in the apartment Settsass above us. If returning to Arabba, this will be our go-to lodgings again.

Fantastic location

A super good apartment in the middle of Arabba. The location to the lift was prefect to go even with children. Close to après ski. Grocery store just across the street. Can highly recommend.

Very well-kept apartments
