I've been coming to Arabba since 1989, and it feels like my second home. Iris and her family are wonderful people; the apartments have everything you need: spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped! Very close to the slopes for those who love skiing and with trails within easy reach for those who love trekking. What can I say, go there, you won't regret it!

Great location, very nice landlords

This was our second stay at Iris's place, and we felt very comfortable again. The garden is lovely, and the landlords are very nice. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful stay

Arabba is a charming, quaint little mountain village, ideally located at the foot of the Pordoi and Campolungo passes. The climate is perfect, even in this hellish July in the plains. The air is always fresh and you sleep soundly at night; the water from the fountain near the church is delicious and refreshing. The house is in a wonderful, quiet location, right in the center of town, yet far enough from the road to avoid traffic noise. It has a beautiful, spacious garden with lots of games, swings, a trampoline, a slide, a ping pong table, and a soccer goal, where children and adults alike can play safely. I enjoyed playing ping pong almost every evening. Mrs. Iris is incredibly kind, always ready to offer valuable advice on local walks, and her parents are also very friendly and cheerful, and it was always a pleasure to chat with everyone. The apartment we stayed in is spacious enough for four people, featuring two comfortable balconies, adorned with beautiful flowers, offering enchanting views of the nearby Dolomite peaks. It's equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation, and it's spotlessly clean. Our entire family truly enjoyed staying here, and given our children's constant requests, we're sure we'll be happy to return. In short, a little paradise, and a heartfelt thank you to the owners.

Everything perfect

Arrive, park your car, and begin your wonderful snow holiday in the Dolomites. Located in the heart of the 4 Passi ski area, this well-maintained apartment is conveniently located for the slopes and shops of Arabba. The owners are friendly and welcoming, so highly recommended and definitely worth returning to.

Excellent stay in the apartment

We stayed ten days in apartment number three, spacious and welcoming, equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, including a useful microwave. The bathroom has a washing machine and an excellent shower. There's a balcony in the bedroom and a terrace in the kitchen with armchairs and a table. It's a shame the rain didn't allow us to enjoy it fully. Iris's kindness and helpfulness helped make our stay excellent, despite the bad weather. Highly recommended by a couple in their sixties.

Holidays in the Dolomites

A nice stay

Excellent welcome. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only slight lack, in my opinion, was a washing machine.

First but not the last

Mrs. Iris is a very kind and accommodating host. She takes good care of her guests. She is always happy and careful that her guests have a good and pleasant stay. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The location of the house is one of the best I have been at, only approx. 50m to the ski lift and perhaps 100m to the town square. I think it was her father, who helped me to keep our car free from snow all week. This was our first ski vacation in Arabba/Dolomites but for sure not our last...The Dolomites and Arabba are a fantasic place to have a relaxing holiday.

Iris, our second home

We have stayed with the Lezuo family 10 times already, in winter and summer, in different apartments. Loving, hospitable family, ideal location, modernized in some new way every year. In the Dolomites, there is only one address for us: Iris, Arabba!

We had a good time...

The spacious and comfortable apartment is strategically located, three minutes from almost all the trails and ski lifts (especially the Porta Vescovo cable car, with its breathtaking views of the Marmolada). The apartment is just thirty steps from the center of Arabba. The welcome was excellent, and Mrs. Iris was a welcoming host, attentive to our every need. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the Iris Apartments to anyone looking to spend a few relaxing days in touch with nature without missing out on any comforts.

Perfect end to the ski season

With perfect weather, we were looking for accommodation close to the Sellaronda ski slopes and had already spotted Iris's holiday home during a lunch break, finding it very inviting. We were lucky and there was a vacancy. We felt very comfortable there. The walk to the ski lift and the restaurants where we ate in the evenings was also short. For us, Arabba is the ideal starting point for a Dolomite skiing trip. We'll be back! Also because of the friendly, family atmosphere in the house. The family is very helpful and they even offered homemade cake.

A nice holiday

Our vacation was very good. The location was wonderful and the staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend it. The apartments are all very beautiful and spacious, tastefully furnished. The town offers many interesting places for excursions. Be careful of traffic on the last weekend in June when the Maratona delle Dolomiti is taking place.

Great apartments in a prime location, very friendly family.

Great location right next to the ski lift with exceptionally friendly landlords. The apartments are functionally furnished and the ski room is warm and very practical.
