In the center of Rocca Pietore, a few kilometers from the Queen of the Dolomites - La Marmolada, with connection to the Sella Ronda. The ski bus passes at 150m from the house and in 10min you reach Malga Ciapela or Alleghe.
During the summer Rocca Pietore is the ideal starting point for excursions into the Dolomites.
The apartments have been located in a historic house for 120 years. The house has been renovated but the features of the old house have remained, that is the old exposed beams and stones are still there. The apartments are large (from 62-77sqm) and have a capacity of 6 to 8 people. Each apartment has a living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a private bathroom.
There is Wi-fi connection in the whole building and a ski / bike storage.
The garden faces south and there is private parking.

A great location!

These apartments are brand new and very clean. The spacious parking in the garden is an added value and Hans, the owner, even clears the snow there. Charlotte, the hostess, is very hospitable and helpful with all practical matters.

Very nice house

I stayed for a week with my family in the Pelmo apartment on the ground floor. I found Charlotte and Hans's story so beautiful, resourceful, and magical that I wanted to support them. They're clearly working hard to offer their guests the best, even though, due to both Vaia and COVID-19, they certainly have room for improvement. The private gravel parking lot is spacious and very useful. Access to the house is via a staircase. The apartment is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and large enough for four people. The thermostat is not adjustable; you'll need to contact the owners to make adjustments. In the apartment, I found a hairdryer (excellent and powerful), a vacuum cleaner (very useful), a toaster, a drip and moka coffee maker, a microwave, and a traditional oven. The living room is truly a postcard, stunning. You guys are doing a really great job, keep going, little by little, and have a good life.

A cosy place to stay

Very nice, clean and cosy appartments, equipped with good taste and sense for practicality. Lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom, everything you need for common cooking in the kitchen. Small food store in the vilage where we found everything we needed. Good connection to closest skiing resorts Marmolada and Civetta. But most of all we appreciate friendly, flexible and reliable way of communication with the owners. Thank you for nice holidays Charlotte, Hans and Lex!

Beautiful apartment, perhaps one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The owners Hans and Charlotte are very kind and helpful. I would go back and recommend it, everything clean and excellent.

Wonderful stay in new apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Brand new, it has all modern comfort that is required. It has been renovated with respect for the 120 year old building. The kitchen is lovely and easy to use, nice living room, and majestic bedrooms. Also the sofa bed is really comfortable. Supermarket at walking distance and Charlotte & Hans help you whenever needed. Marmolada is at 10 min and offers you the most wonderful view on the Dolomites. We had a lovely stay and hope to return!
