Perfect location. Ski areas Cortina d'Ampezzo + Alta Badia + Val Gardena + Val di Fassa + Arabba/Marmolada + Civetta easy to reach. Nice apartment. Friendly host Silvana! Restaurants in walking distance. We will certainly come back (again!).

Wonderful

The location is exceptional. Centrally located within easy reach of many ski resorts: Arabba, Marmolada, Civetta, Lagazuoi, Col Gallina, Cinque Torri, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Passo Campolongo, Passo Pordoi, Belvedere, Ciampac, Bufaure, Val di Fiemme, San Cassiano, and Alta Badia. A beautiful setting with fabulous views. Deer at the window! Private parking. Quiet. Perfect Wi-Fi. Supermarket and restaurants a one-minute walk away. We will definitely be back!

Everything perfect!

A week like being at home, a welcoming apartment with all the comforts, comfortable, with a washing machine, dishwasher, everything! Silvana and her husband were incredibly kind! I recommend Appartamenti Ploner Silvana to anyone who wants to combine the mountains with the relaxation of a home.

Great family apartment

The apartment is nicely located on the hill with stunning view. Easy access (7 km on the flat road) to the Arabba ski resort and then to the Marmolada glacier. The kitchen is especially very well equipped, so you can prepare whatever you want. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms will suit a large family or group. Strongly recommend to everybody who wants to spend a vacation in a quiet surrounding.

Like being at home

We stayed at the Silvana Apartments in Pieve di Livinallongo over the Christmas/Epiphany period (22nd/23rd) and had a wonderful time! The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for reaching the main ski resorts in the area (Arabba-Marmolada/Alta Badia/Val di Fiemme/Val Gardena/Civetta), with breathtaking panoramic views of the Arabba/Marmolada and Sella massifs. The owner, Silvana, was extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She gave us valuable advice on what to see and where to eat in the area, making our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the Silvana apartments offer excellent value for money compared to other accommodations in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable experience in the Dolomites. In conclusion, the Silvana Apartments are an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay during their mountain holiday. Highly recommended!

We rented the smaller apartment (for two people) for a week in July and had a great time. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and was spotlessly clean. The reserved parking is a definite plus. The owners are discreet and kind. We found the location to be strategic for reaching various destinations (Mount Civetta, Pordoi Pass and Piz Boè, Val di Fassa, etc.), all within reasonable driving distance. The village is small but offers basic amenities. All in all, we were very satisfied!

Family with dog

Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment. Well-furnished and equipped with every comfort. The cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. We are a couple with two adult children and a medium-sized dog, and we had a wonderful time in this two-bathroom apartment. The location also offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the Marmolada massif right in front of us, and it's also strategically located for excursions to the surrounding areas. Last but not least, I would like to thank the Ploner family, whose helpfulness and courtesy made us feel very welcome.

Perfect

The apartment is very comfortable, well-organized, and well-equipped. The cleanliness is excellent. The apartment has private parking. A supermarket, bar, restaurants, and pharmacy are just steps away. Gazing at the mountains while having breakfast is wonderful. Silvana is also very kind.

Mountain holidays

We stayed in one of the property's apartments and had a wonderful time. The space was well-kept and clean, and the owners were kind and helpful. The property is located in a scenic area of the town with an enchanting view of the main mountains. Highly recommended.
