This family-owned house has two apartments, each about 60 square meters big. It is located in Alfauro, a small and peaceful area just 2 km away from Arabba’s center. You can easily reach nearby places like Cortina d’Ampezzo, Corvara in Badia, and Canazei via Regional Road 48 ‘Delle Dolomiti’.
The East apartment features a spacious kitchen/living room equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, and oven. It includes a double bedroom with the option of separate beds, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and the possibility of an armchair/bed, a bathroom with bath/shower, and a utility room with a washing machine. Facing northeast, it offers an excellent balance between views of Col di Lana, silence, and tranquility.
The North apartment comprises a large kitchen/living room equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, and oven, along with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds. It also features a bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine. Facing north, it provides an opportunity to enjoy the serenity and peace that only the mountains can offer.
Both apartments are located on the first floor of a building with a spacious stairway, facilitating the transport of luggage from the free car park below the house to your accommodation.
