The farm Thomasegg is a perfect starting point for relaxing walks as well as more challenging hikes and long mountain bike tours. For instance, you can cycle to the higher-lying village of Oberputzen or the hamlet of Auen, connected to the Merano 2000 area. This farmhouse also features a barn for cows, calves, sheep and chickens. Moreover a large vegetable garden has been set up, where salads, different types of vegetables and mountain herbs grow excellently.
