Farmhouse apartments Werner Hof 

The small village of Glaning is located high above the city of Bozen, at 765 m above sea level, on the southern slope of the "Tschöggelberg". There you have a breathtaking view on the city of Bozen and also on the famous mountain massifs of the Dolomites, the Schlern, the Rosengarten and the Latemar.
The name Wernerhof was mentioned for the first time in 1342. The house, the barn, the fields and the mill form a so called "closed farm", a special form of property. That means that the farm cannot be divided but has to be bequeathed as whole – from generation to generation.
Both apartments were realized according the rules of Climate House B standard and so preferably natural materials like organic lime plaster, wooden floors, wooden furniture, nature latex mattresses and finest wool carpets were used.
The furniture is modern and functional and leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts gave some original furniture from grandmother’s time to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
In the hiking paradise Salten the hosts own a barn with a small kitchen. A fabulous place for a picnic with a breathtaking view over the beautiful landscape.
