Comfort, view and top location

Short distances and a very nice apartment

Very nice landlord! It's only 300 meters to the ski station. There's an entry ticket to the parking lot. Thanks to the ski depot, everything is within walking distance. Everything was great, would gladly stay again.

Christmas Holidays 2025

Francesco was a wonderful host, always available for our every request and need. The apartment is meticulously maintained, even more beautiful than in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (salt, sugar, oil). We were able to make a coffee as soon as we arrived and then head out to do the shopping. It was a wonderful and comfortable holiday, we felt right at home. Thanks to Francesco, who made us feel like family and so pampered, with lots of suggestions for excursions and places to eat delicious gourmet cakes.

A pearl in the wonderful Pusteria Valley

Francesco is a wonderful host: he provides precise and detailed information about the apartment's usability, its amenities, local attractions, and nearby trails and hikes. Even though he wasn't physically present, we knew we could contact him anytime for any need. He left us a bottle of wine, a much-appreciated gift, appreciated, and sparkling, just like his apartment. The apartment, located in a modern building with a convenient and spacious elevator, is very bright: the double exposure in the living area and the master bedroom makes it particularly pleasant. The kitchenette is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. A large table and a comfortable lounge area with a TV complete the living area. The furnishings are functional and attractive. The lovely balcony offers a view of the mountains and the charming little church of Perca. The bedroom is spacious, with a very comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom features several shelves and a very large shower with a fully functioning fan. Wooden elements enhance the rooms, and the automatic lighting in the hallway is very convenient. The cleanliness of all the rooms is impeccable. The garage, accessible directly by elevator, is also very useful. The apartment is ideally located: close to the Earth Pyramids of Perca and Brunico. The Guest Pass allows you to use public transportation, which is truly excellent in South Tyrol. In short, a wonderful, comfortable, and functional place, close to numerous trails and attractions, where you feel at home... or better than home. We hope to return soon.

Comprehensive support with tips

The apartment is very attractive, bright, and modernly furnished. The excellent amenities, including a washing machine, spacious wardrobes, and a large refrigerator, made our stay very pleasant. The two parking spaces in the underground garage were a real advantage, as parking in Percha is difficult. The helpful tips for our stay and the friendly communication regarding all matters are also worth mentioning. We would gladly stay here again.

An oasis of peace

This is our third year staying at Amanita. The apartment is always spotlessly clean. The natural scent of wood greets you from the large windows overlooking the Kronplatz. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, even for five people. The beds are comfortable, the linens are always fresh, and the furnishings are simple yet sophisticated. We're already thinking about our next vacation in this paradise.

Fantastic apartment

I stayed in this fantastic apartment in July Accustomed only to hotels in South Tyrol, I can say that this apartment has nothing to envy of a hotel. Truly perfect stay! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and meticulously maintained, with everything you need to feel right at home. Impeccably clean and welcoming furnishings create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Francesco is a wonderful person, always available to give advice. We will definitely be back, highly recommended for those seeking quality and relaxation in South Tyrol!

Everything perfect

Beautiful apartment in a great location with an incredibly friendly host

The apartment is fantastically well-equipped – everything from a washer-dryer, dish soap and cloths, to toilet paper and baking paper is provided. Everything was also spotlessly clean. The underground parking spaces are very practical and convenient, as is the elevator. We received great tips from the host both before and during our stay. We would love to come back again, Francesco :-)

Very nice apartment

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Despite the ongoing tunnel construction, it's very quiet in the apartment; you don't hear a thing. The valley station for the Kronplatz ski area is within walking distance. However, you should rent a storage space for your ski equipment. If you're driving, the landlord will provide you with an access card for the parking lot. Francesco is also always available to provide information.
