I highly recommend it

I've just visited Andreas Apartment (March 2026) and I'd like to highly recommend this place. The apartment is very well-equipped with beautiful views. It's right next to Kronplatz Mountain, about 900 meters from the ski lift. The owners are very nice, friendly, and happy to help. In one word, "you'll be satisfied." I highly recommend it, and see you soon.

We had a wonderful week in a fantastic apartment.

We booked an apartment in the Apartment House Andreas for a week. The welcome was warm, and everything was explained to us. The apartment was very well-equipped and beautiful. It's also worth mentioning that it was absolutely clean and tidy.

Great holiday apartment - would gladly stay again anytime

A very nice, spacious, and clean holiday apartment with a large roof terrace furnished with sun loungers, blankets, and a table. Two very large bedrooms. The kitchen is small but functional. Everything is modern and tastefully furnished. The bread delivery service works perfectly. Underground parking is available. The location is great for exploring in all directions. We were provided with excellent information on hikes and activities and received great tips.

Wonderful holiday in a wonderful accommodation

The apartment is well-equipped, spacious, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained, as is the entire property. Even my little Jack Russell was made very welcome. Andreas is incredibly kind and always available. The covered garage with assigned parking is very convenient. The covered terrace with table and loungers is lovely, and the view is fantastic. Leaving the apartment and Riscone at the end of your holiday is always a shame, because spending your holidays in places like these and staying in apartments like this is pure magic!

Highly recommend

"Andreas Apartments" provided us with the most wonderful week for a skis holiday over Christmas. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Andreas provides a bus pass for use on all local buses which was excellent. Plus access to a ski locker and discounted spa tickets. Nothing was a problem and he picked us up and dropped us at the bus station. Our friends have also stayed. We highly recommend this area and also the apartment. The location was also great. We did a day trip to Bolzano for sight seeing and an ice hockey game.

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation. Unfortunately, you can't enjoy this beautiful region in just one week. There are countless tours you can do by bike or on foot. The bus and train connections are excellent! All in all: a wonderful holiday. Thank you to the hosts.

Great holiday in Reischach

A rare combination of a great location, great hosts and a great property

You can and should book here without hesitation. Location, amenities, cleanliness, and condition of the property: everything gets top marks from us! Here, people with a lot of experience and passion are at work, who have a clear concept and high quality standards. Location: Perfectly situated on the edge of town on a gentle slope, yet not too remote. Within walking distance of the town center with bakery, grocery store, bus stop and bike rental... Hiking trails start directly from the house. Apartment: Great view, fantastic roof terrace, impeccably maintained. Everything seemed brand new to us – nothing looked worn or greasy. Amenities: We have rarely experienced such a complete and tidy kitchen setup in a holiday apartment; our apartment also had several TVs and an underground parking space. Cleanliness: "Clinically" clean, no signs of wear. Landlords: With Astrid and Andreas we met two courteous and friendly people who made us feel welcome and who were neither intrusive nor indifferent to the guest, and we always felt well advised and cared for. Booking process: Absolutely state-of-the-art, even "cutting edge" for a private landlord: digital guest information system, online check-in possible in advance, payment optionally possible via PayPal, ... In conclusion: A rare combination of a great location, wonderful hosts, and a fantastic property. Respect – and keep up the good work! We'd love to come back!

Riscone

I'm happy to leave a review. The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, like the rest of the property, and very comfortable (there are five of us). Andreas and his wife are very kind and always available. The covered garage with assigned parking is very convenient. The covered terrace with table and deckchairs is very nice, with a fantastic view. Leaving the apartment and Riscone at the end of your holiday is always a disappointment!

Relax and welcome

Arrive and feel at home

We had the apartment for two people. It is very tastefully and lovingly furnished, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired... Astrid and Andreas are very nice and helpful hosts. We arrived with e-bikes, which we were able to store in a separate, lockable room in the underground garage. Our apartment was spread over two floors and had access via the balcony and directly through the underground garage. The apartment's location is perfect for numerous excursions. We cycled directly from the apartment to Sand in Taufers, Lake Prags, Lake Antholz, Kronplatz, and much more... The option to order bread rolls online is very convenient, and they are then hung directly in front of the door in the morning. We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday apartment and will definitely come back.

Highly recommended!

Everything was exactly as described online. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, the apartment was fantastic and spotlessly clean. The city bus stopped about 200 meters from the apartment, so we could leave the car in the garage. The city bus and regional train were free, making it easy for us to travel to the towns for shopping. It's a wonderful area with plenty to do, or you can simply relax on the lovely terrace of the apartment. We also loved the bread delivery service! The host has their own website where you can quickly and easily find lots of information about transportation, restaurants, the bread delivery service, excursions, and much more. We felt completely at home!
