I stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, and is conveniently located for both the ski slopes and the town center. Last but not least, Edith's kindness and hospitality made our stay truly perfect.

Cozy and centrally located apartment

We had a wonderful stay during our ski holiday. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really stood out was the service – everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to come back.

Comfortable Apartment and Wonderful Hosts

The cosy and well-maintained guesthouse Ciasa Valentin is located next to the lower Cianross lift station (40 metres away – ski passes can be purchased daily at the ticket office), while at the same time being only 300 metres from the Euro-Spar supermarket. Nearby there are cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as small shops and sports equipment rental services. The property offers a ski storage room where equipment can be left and ski boots dried. Naturally, each apartment also has its own parking space. We rented the Cancun apartment, which was exceptionally spacious, impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed even for a longer stay (in the kitchen, from frying pans to wine glasses). A large supply of tea towels, small hand towels and a tablecloth was also provided. The living room, with a large, comfortable sofa and armchair, was connected to the kitchen, making the space feel particularly open and airy. The large balcony (with table and chairs) would undoubtedly be perfect in summer for enjoying meals surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, while also offering a view of the town of San Vigilio di Marebbe. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our planned week-long skiing holiday, as a fall on the slopes on the first day made it necessary to return immediately to Poland for surgery. In this very difficult situation, however, we were met with great care and exceptional understanding from the Valentin family, especially Mrs Edith and her daughter Judith. We will remember their help for a long time. We are particularly grateful for reducing the accommodation charge to only the two nights we actually stayed, and to Judith for “recovering” our skis, which had been left at one of the lift stations, even though it was already evening and the lift was closed. Judith, you and your mother are truly exceptional and wonderful people. We travel to Italy often and usually return with fond memories, but the way the Valentin family behaved in our particularly difficult situation was truly exceptional. Once again, I must say: exceptional! Our friends cannot believe what wonderful people we encountered at Ciasa Valentin. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, both for its location, comfort and the cleanliness of the apartments, as well as for the wonderfully warm, family-run atmosphere created by the Valentin family. Thank you very much!

October Weekend

We stayed in mid-October for the foliage. The Losöra apartment was very nice, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities, just steps from the center. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We will return

After many, many years, I returned to Ciasa Valentin: it was wonderful to see Edith's smile and the simplicity, even though the apartments have been updated and modernized. The one where the two of us stayed was comfortable and well-equipped, with a stunning view. Also noteworthy is the ski storage room, with a rack for warming boots, and the practically direct access to Cian Ross. It's hard to imagine a better solution for our needs, we'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect.

Excellent accommodation to discover Kronplatz ski resort. Friendly owner, next to the lift, spacious apartment, near to the supermarket. Absolutely everything was great.

View of the village!

Great location, welcoming and Edith and her daughter very kind

Excellent location, just meters from the ski lifts. Ski storage with boot warmers is available. Edith was very helpful in providing information about the services and was very welcoming. Since we didn't have any reservations for the day we were supposed to check out, she extended our check-out time, allowing us to enjoy an extra morning of skiing (including a shower)! Super!

A splendid return

After 5 years, due to injury, we returned to Ciasa Valentin with the certainty of finding the same good things we had always found, and in fact we can only confirm that, at Ciasa Valentin, guests will find everything they need for a magnificent holiday!

Beautiful!

In addition to the undoubtedly stunning setting and excellent amenities, the apartment is in an excellent location, spacious, bright, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The owners were extremely helpful and kind.

On the slopes and almost in the city center

There's a ski slope and a toboggan run right around the house, open twice a week at night. All the shops are a 5-minute walk away; you don't need a car.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment looks brand new, all in traditional wood, very spacious and comfortable for up to 6 people. Two bathrooms with excellent heating. Excellent location, close to the ski lifts and the center. The only tiny flaw: it's a little difficult to reach by car if it snows, but it's centrally located.

Simply amazing!

Large, spacious, and very well-equipped apartment. The proximity to the elevator is fantastic. I can highly recommend it. Friendly welcome and very accommodating, as we needed fewer rooms than booked.
