Beautiful apartment located in a historic house (800 years old) in a very quiet area. The apartment is very beautiful, for those who love antiques it is a pleasure for the eyes. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is large and fully equipped, the bedroom-living room is stunning—all paneled in wood—and it's a pleasure to walk on the old plank floors. The old, functioning stove that dominates the room is stunning, with a wooden frame and mattress that allows you to lie down. The bathroom, in stark contrast to the rest of the apartment, is ultra-modern and also very spacious. The XL shower is beautiful. The common areas of the house express a character rich in history. Thanks to the Hilber family for their hospitality.

A corner of paradise near the Dolomites

A historic and charming place, run with exquisite kindness by the family who welcomed us with open arms. You can purchase excellent farm products, such as honey, eggs, milk, and seasonal fruit. We will definitely be back, both in summer and winter!

A beautiful holiday.

The old farmhouse is beautiful, but our apartment in the newly built house nearby is just as beautiful. Truly comfortable, furnished with antique and modern furniture, two spacious bathrooms and two welcoming bedrooms, a large and warm living room with a table, a sofa and a giant television. Everything clean, with magnificent views from all windows. Convenient car parking very close to Brunico. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

I have already recommended it to all my friends!

Authentic location, reminiscent of times gone by, tastefully furnished with antiques, mixed with a more recently renovated section. It offers every comfort, and is very quiet. The owners are kind and very respectful. Everything is very clean. Having a dishwasher is very convenient; they even provided dishwasher tablets. Absolutely top-notch, highly recommended. Excellent value for money. Thanks to Yesalps for introducing me to this enchanting place!

A farm in the Pusteria Valley

An enchanting and meticulously maintained place nestled in the greenery of a small, quiet village, close to all amenities. We appreciated the historic building, renovated with perfect respect for the traditional South Tyrolean farmhouse style, not to mention the fully functional antique tiled stove that warmed us on those October days. The heart of South Tyrol or better yet: South Tyrol in the heart

We stayed for two weeks. The apartment is strategically located, convenient to amenities and tourist attractions. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. The owners' kindness and helpfulness are one of the property's strengths. Cleanliness is also top-notch. Mrs. Emma welcomed us with a smile. We immediately felt at home. Relax and peace

We stayed in this enchanting place, located in a quiet and peaceful area yet close to the town center and the train station and bus stop (a 10-minute walk). The Richterstube apartment was equipped with every comfort, including a modern kitchen and bathroom. Mrs. Emma was very kind and made us feel immediately at home. We plan to return next year.

A wonderful apartment

Excellent two-story apartment, brand new and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate up to five people in one room. Two large bathrooms and convenient parking are available on the street. Located in a very quiet location, 1 km from the San Lorenzo train station. Ideal for those seeking a holiday immersed in nature.

Autumn holiday for relaxation

We spent a wonderful few days at the Hofrichter in early October. The "Bauernstube" apartment, with its charming wood paneling and mountain views, is very quiet. It has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks to the friendly and welcoming hostess, Emma Hilber, we felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

Ideal for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break in the large holiday apartment in the new house! Plenty of space on two levels for a family with three children, and everything you need is provided. The two large bathrooms are especially convenient for a larger family. Beautiful new furnishings with lots of wood create a welcoming atmosphere! We'd love to come back!

A wonderful time in South Tyrol

Enjoy coming home to a very authentic holiday apartment (including the warmth of the heated tiled stove). A fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering, which almost made us feel at home. We will be back!

Welcome and warmth

The farmhouse is very welcoming; the main rooms are made of wood, creating a very warm atmosphere. Mrs. Emma and her family are hospitable, always ready with a smile and advice (only if requested: discretion is another of the owners' qualities!) on how to best enjoy your holiday. We drank the cows' milk and ate the chickens' eggs: wonderful for us adults and for our baby (who just turned one)! The house is in a quiet and secluded location, yet conveniently located for amenities, as the center of San Lorenzo di Sebato is a ten-minute walk away. Plus, there's a playground near the farm—small, but perfect for spending time with the kids.
