The cable car to the Kronplatz can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, Bruneck in 20 minutes on foot. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Restaurant with pizzeria as well as shops are in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The flat is very spacious with a net area of 65 qm and offers space for 5-6 people. It is located on the ground floor with covered terrace and garden and consists of: a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom; car parking space in the underground garage, from which you can reach the flat by lift.
