La Civetta Apartments in San Vigilio di Marebbe

I appreciated the owners' kindness during the booking process, as well as the professionalism and helpfulness of Mrs. Bettina, the property manager, upon arrival, during, and at the end of my stay. She was always ready to accommodate and resolve any unexpected issues. And then there's the apartment itself, chosen for its attic: a spacious studio apartment, tastefully furnished with a modern touch, respecting the local style and featuring cutting-edge technology for everyday comforts. The location is also ideal, a perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions.

Feeling at home

The apartment is newly built, and the furnishings and kitchen equipment are new. The living area is very spacious, with a dining table that seats eight. There are two balconies, one overlooking the ski slopes, and the other (equipped with a table and comfortable chairs) with a bird's-eye view of the village and the beauty of the Dolomites. Enjoying an aperitif on the balcony during the Enrosadira is highly recommended. No surrounding noise disturbed our stay. The apartment is well equipped with large wardrobes in both the sleeping and living areas. Excellent Wi-Fi in every environment. Online check-in is available with electronic delivery of the Suedtirol Guest Pass. The cleanliness, garbage management (with dedicated bins reserved for the apartment), and the garage with reserved parking space are commendable. The washing machine is free and for exclusive use. There is also an additional reserved parking space available in the condominium courtyard in case you have guests. The owners are very kind and absolutely discreet. The location is strategic, in the centre of the village, a 2-minute walk from the ski slopes and 5 minutes from the supermarket. Our arrival was cheered by a bottle of Trento DOC sparkling wine kindly offered by the owners. Personally, I consider this gesture a true welcome, allowing us to toast to our vacation.

Great apartments & great service

We rented both La Civetta apartments (apartment 10 & 11) for the second time this year. Our experience was as positive as it was the year before. The apartments are perfectly located, modern, spacious and well equipped. Most importantly though, the communication and the service we received from the owners and property manager have always been exceptional. We will definitely come back!

High tech & location

Pleasant stay

Excellent location for both exploring the town and skiing, with the ski lift just 20 meters away. The covered garage is convenient. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a great holiday.

Fantastic days of skiing and relaxation

Brand new apartments. Exceptional comfort with all the amenities you need. The property is located a couple of steps from the Pedaga and Cianross ski lifts, making it truly convenient. Garage for cars and heated locker for skis and boots. In short, everything was fantastic.
