Apartment with a beautiful view

A very scenic location, an old apartment with original doors, and a beautiful bedroom with exposed beams, which reminded me of my childhood home. The kitchen is a decent size, cozy, and fully equipped. The room with the stube, a lovely little lounge, is also very beautiful. Compliments to Mrs. Theresia, who was very helpful.

Excellent value for money

The apartment is spotless, and the bedroom is large and comfortable. The kitchen could be a little better stocked, but for this price, anything is fine :) It's in a great location, 5 minutes from Brunico in the quiet valley, and easy to reach everywhere. The doors are traditional and therefore a little low, so you have to be careful when walking between rooms, but we'll definitely be back because we had such a great time!

La casetta delle fiabe

The accommodation is located in an old house with a barn on a hill above Bruneck, from which you can admire the valley village with its church and castle, as well as the Sylvester and Ried ski slopes. It's fantastic to wake up in the morning and admire such a landscape. Sometimes you might even see squirrels and fawns in the front garden, heading into the woods behind the house. Outside, there's a natural spring with excellent fresh, clean water. The apartment itself is small but perfect for three people with ski equipment. The beds are comfortable, and the house is well-heated, thanks in part to the lovely living room in the hallway, which is shared with the other apartment across the hall. The kitchen has an oven and an induction cooktop. There's also a heated room for storing boots and skis. The value for money is excellent, especially considering its proximity to the Perca lifts, from which you can take the train to Lienz on the Kronplatz or to Versciaco on the 3 Cime ski area. The owner, Theresia, is very kind and considerate and even provides you with a key card for the private parking area and a public transport pass. Very convenient! We will definitely come back if we can!

The fairytale house

It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and admire such a landscape. You might even spot squirrels and deer in the front meadow, heading into the woods behind the house. Outside, a natural fountain flows with excellent, fresh, pure water. The apartment itself is small, but perfect for three people with ski equipment. The beds are comfortable and the house is well heated, thanks in part to the beautiful stube in the hallway shared with the other apartment across the way. The kitchen has an oven and induction stove. There's also a heated storage room for boots and skis. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Perca ski lifts, from which you can ski on the Kronplatz, or to Versciaco, in the 3 Cime ski area, with the train that goes all the way to Lienz. The owner, Theresia, is very kind and attentive, and will also provide you with a pass for the private parking under the lifts and a pass that allows you to use all public transportation. Very convenient! We will definitely return if we can!
