Perfect holiday apartment and exceptionally nice hosts

A heartfelt thank you to Samantha and Georg for a wonderful time at the "Zirbe" (Swiss pine). We were delighted by the exceptionally lovingly and fully furnished apartment in its beautiful setting. Even a spontaneous visit from our children was handled perfectly and, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, was no problem at all. The tour of the farm and through the barn was also very interesting.

The place of the heart

An enchanted place, nestled between a forest and a stream, in a gentle, silent valley. Snow-capped mountains tower above you. A well-kept farmhouse, where wood is the main feature. A farmhouse where tradition and modern comfort blend seamlessly. It's one of our favorite places for family vacations. It's our base for fantastic days of skiing on the incomparable Plan de Corones. We sincerely thank Georg and Samantha, who with their kindness and discretion make our holiday unique every time!

Amazing location, cleanliness and hospitality

The apartment's furnishings are modern yet with classic Alpine warmth. The cleanliness, the kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The large windows overlooking the Pusteria Valley. The location is isolated but at the same time convenient for countless walks and for the nearby villages.

Spectacular

We recently returned from our vacation at the Nösslerhof, and what can I say... everything was absolutely beautiful! A top-notch apartment, modern, new, immaculately clean, with the wonderful scent of Swiss pine, fabulous furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a vacuum cleaner you'd never usually find, and a truly wonderful terrace. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, and the location is top-notch. Last but not least: the owners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and very professional. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at the farm in July 2022. It was a wonderful holiday. Samantha and Georg are incredibly welcoming yet discreet. The apartments are fully equipped, comfortable, meticulously maintained, and clean; you truly feel pampered. Their products are also top-quality, and I highly recommend trying them. The peace and quiet surrounding the farm is unparalleled, yet all the area's most famous attractions are just a short drive away. We highly recommend them.

An idyllic spot in the heart of the Antholz Valley

We really liked the unique architecture and the location of the Nösslerhof. A special place to find peace and quiet. Samantha and Georg gave us a warm welcome and provided us with tips on winter hikes and restaurants. We gladly made use of the breakfast basket with regional products and bread roll service. We'll be back!

A wonderfully relaxing stay at the Nösslerhof

Samantha and Georg are dedicated and exceptionally friendly hosts. The holiday apartment in the climate-controlled house is comfortably and modernly designed and equipped, and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast basket—partly made with produce from their own farm—contains only the highest quality food. Georg's tour of the farm was very informative and highly recommended. The well-being of his animals is very important to him. We were able to relax wonderfully and escape from everyday life in the peaceful Antholz Valley. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Wonderful house

Peace and relaxation in an exceptional setting

The days spent at the Nösslerhof in the Antholz Valley were pure relaxation. The blooming meadows and the magnificent natural surroundings have a very calming effect and are impossible to miss. The welcome and service at the Nösslerhof are very warm. The many farm products are also highly recommended.

A stay characterised by hospitality and comfort

We spent a short time in the apartment and were completely satisfied with everything. The kindness, helpfulness, and discretion of the owner family were matched by the attention to detail found in these apartments: the kitchen and bathroom were meticulously designed, and the furnishings were very pleasant and comfortable, with attention to detail. The products offered for breakfast were truly delicious. The location is relaxing and very pleasant. An experience to repeat!

It doesn’t get any better than this!

Pure bliss! What an incredibly beautiful house! We spent a few days at the Nösslerhof farm in the "Zirbe" (Swiss pine) apartment at the beginning of March. Everything is built and furnished with so much love and attention to detail. Nothing is missing! The Swiss pine bedroom smells wonderful and promises a restful sleep. The superbly equipped kitchen invites you to cook, and you could spend hours under the large rain shower in the bathroom. Not to mention the spacious balcony with its lounge area, deck chairs, and hanging chair. Delicious farm-fresh products, such as hay milk, eggs, ham, a bread delivery service, and much more are also available. Everything is perfect! Samantha and Georg have created something truly special. We'll be back!

Simply brilliant!

Samantha and Georg gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful. Very spacious and furnished with wood from their own forest. In the morning you can get eggs from the farm's chickens, milk, bacon, jam, and other farm products. They also deliver bread rolls. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back next year! We highly recommend the apartments!
