Perfect structure

A splendid property just a few minutes' drive from the center of Brunico, yet in the quiet Villa Santa Caterina neighborhood. Clean apartments equipped with every comfort, with free access to the washing machine for a very reasonable €3 per load. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, yet discreet. Highly recommended.

The wonderful welcome of the Oberparleiter family

A wonderful holiday

We know the property well, located in a very quiet village near Brunico. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we went on (easy) bike rides every day. There's plenty of choice for alpine trails, perhaps using public transportation—clean, punctual, and comfortable. We will certainly return.

Happy Easter

For the second year we enjoyed the hospitality, the mild weather, and the religious services together with the parish community. Snow in the mountains and spring in the valley, freedom of movement with bicycles. The only small problem is that you have to book increasingly far in advance, but it's worth it. We'll definitely be back.

Strategic in Val Pusteria

The location is strategic for getting around Brunico, the Aurina Valley, or Dobbiaco. We made great use of our public transportation pass: it was clean, frequent, and punctual. Taking the train to the Puster Valley eliminated traffic, stress, and parking searches. We also made extensive use of our bicycles, as there are plenty of cycle paths. Our apartment was sunny until late at night and very bright. The staff was discreet and always available.

Close to an entire province

Easy cycle paths, secure garage for bikes. Convenient and efficient bus and train transportation (frequent, punctual, and clean). Quiet, bright, comfortable location. Great availability from the host family. We hope to combine this for another holiday here.

First holiday in South Tyrol

A week's vacation centered around the Oberparleiter family home. What can I say? The welcome, service, and kindness are just like those found in a multi-star hotel. Fantastic!

We spent a wonderful week in a welcoming, clean, and spacious apartment. There were five of us (one night we were six) and we had every comfort. It's a quiet village, just a few kilometers from Brunico: an ideal distance for evening strolls. The owners were kind, friendly, and very helpful. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend the experience.
