The accommodation has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and toilet, wall radiators, bidet and washing machine in the large bathroom.
The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave on request, high chair for children on request.
In the apartment there is TV and internet access via WiFi, lighting, living room environment, controlled room ventilation, underfloor heating over the entire area and individual room thermostats, room heating and hot water heating by internal biomass heating.
Outside there is a large garden with table and chairs in front of the apartment, parking right in front of the apartment, view of the Antholzertal and the village Oberrasen to the Kronplatz.
The Schöpfer family lives in Sara and Christian’s farm, with their children Daniel, Matthias and Anna, together with their grandfather Sepp.
They have been running a small organic farm since 2018.
They have 5 cows with their calves and some chickens.
