We had a pleasant holiday. The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and offers all the comforts you could need. There's a parking space under the house and a garden. The town is easily reached on foot, and you can take the free bus to the starting point for many excursions without even having to move your car. The owner was very kind and gave us excellent suggestions for our excursions. Truly excellent!

Everything absolutely perfect!

The apartment is one of the most spacious we've ever stayed in, perfect for 5 people and slightly outside the village of San Vigilio (just how we like it) but with every comfort! We appreciated both the apartment itself, the friendliness and kindness of the owner Armin, and the outdoor spaces equipped with everything needed for a relaxing afternoon in the garden. The area is beautiful, we already knew it: the town is delightful and there are countless walks and excursions to do, even with children! For any request, Armin is ready to give advice and help. We will definitely be back!

Excellent apartment with outdoor space

Excellent house close to the slopes

Two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, one bathroom, and plenty of greenery. A very nice house, close to the Pedagá ski slope (a two-minute drive and one stop on the free bus). Armin and Federica are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

A great house

We stayed in this house for our winter vacation. The space is three-quarters of the way spacious. It's conveniently located near the ski lifts, with a ski bus stop right outside and a short walk back.

Kindness of the owners and comfort of the house

Excellent location right next to the ski bus stop (just one stop away) and the apartment is incredibly comfortable. Its multiple rooms (kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms) make it a comfortable home away from home, yet each has its own space, especially for families with children. The closets are spacious, and there are hangers everywhere, which are always useful in the winter! We definitely recommend it, especially for the kindness and helpfulness of the owners.

Family vacation

We spent two pleasant weeks in August in the Erlacher family's apartment. The apartment is clean and very spacious. For sunny days, there's also a well-kept garden with loungers and a barbecue. The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Advised!

At home with bikers

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the Erlachers' place, where biking is a way of life. A very nice family where you feel at home but also have your privacy. Armin and his brother know everything about San Vigilio and are happy to share their knowledge. The area is simply fantastic, the Dolomites are very impressive, and the routes are among the best you can experience. We'd love to come back again, dear Erlacher family!

Summer holiday in San Vigilio

Large, clean apartment with a kitchen adequately equipped for five people. Beautiful garden with barbecue, table, chairs, umbrella, and loungers. The owner, Mr. Armin, is extremely kind and helpful with everything, including recommending excursions and activities. Highly recommended.

A pleasant holiday

We were happy and pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the Erlacher family, The apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Our three children loved the bedroom with the bunk bed and the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and kettle, as well as dishes and utensils; the living room is also comfortable. The house is just outside the city center, easily accessible by car and public transportation (the bus stop is right in front of the house). We hope to return next year.

Perfect stay

We stayed for a week in July with my family and had a wonderful time. The owners, Armin and Federica, are exceptional, hospitable, and always ready to offer advice on the many excursions available in the area. The apartment, large and spotlessly clean, lacks nothing, and is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden where my three children ran around in complete safety. We will definitely be back next summer.
