Wonderful apartment! Welcoming, refined, equipped with every comfort. We had a fabulous stay! The location is strategic for accessing all the attractions, yet surrounded by green meadows (or white snow) to enjoy the peace and quiet!

Fantastic apartment

The apartments are very nice and tastefully furnished. I stayed in the Cima Nove, which was meticulously designed down to the last detail, with an excellent view of the nearby peaks. It also features underfloor heating, and the heated showers are a real treat. Congratulations to the Graber family. Thank you, and see you soon!

Family holidays

Relaxing holidays, silence, and peace. Enchanting valleys and mountains to explore, food to savor in the mountain huts, and unforgettable strudel. Wonderful apartment, new, tidy, clean, and well-organized. Even the stable with its cows and newborn calves invites you to a unique experience. Elisabeth and her brothers always welcomed us with a smile and great availability. We immediately felt at home.

A dream place

I spent a week in August with my family at the Unterguggenberg farm and everything was perfect! Our apartment was very spacious, new, and clean, with a breathtaking view of the valley. Surrounded by nature, animals, and peace. Elisabeth was a hostess always kind and ready to satisfy our requests. Every morning we took advantage of the bread and milk service, which came directly from the cows in the farm's stable. I hope to be able to return to this wonderful place. Perfect holiday home for individualists

We were more than ready for a relaxing holiday in South Tyrol, hiking and enjoying ourselves, and arrived at a fantastic, very high-quality and lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the Unterguggenberg farm. The beautiful apartment, the very attentive and friendly service from Elisabeth, the delicious farm products, and the stunning surroundings, even during bad weather, really helped us to unwind.

I would like to live there forever!

The cleanliness is excellent. The welcome, the apartment, the view—everything is top-notch for us. The family members are kind, friendly and interact very well with the guests. Pleasant and relaxing holiday

Staying at the Unterguggenberg farm was very pleasant and relaxing for our family. Its location offers a wonderful view and it is immersed in silence, in contact with the beautiful nature that surrounds it. A marvel

Our holiday in Mantana with dear Elisabeth was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed into a wonderful, brand-new apartment with spacious, well-organized spaces. We loved the garden overlooking the valley and the very comfortable bathrooms. Thanks to Elisabeth's suggestions, we had a wonderful experience every day: mountain hikes among peaks and mountain huts, bike rides, and cable car rides. Highly recommended!

Beautiful farmhouse, relaxation and impeccable hospitality

The farm is located on the outskirts of the village, overlooking the valley and making it an excellent starting point for visiting the Pusteria Valley and the surrounding valleys. The apartment where we stayed was brand new and truly beautiful, well-equipped (perhaps an extra non-stick frying pan wouldn't hurt), and its secluded location allows you to enjoy the silence and avoid being constantly surrounded by people. Elisabeth is a very kind and helpful hostess. We'll definitely be back.

Optimal

Very quiet location, not far from the village, close to a playground. House, stable, meadows, and tranquility. Very kind and attentive owners. Excellent fresh eggs, available upon request. For groceries, it's best to go to San Lorenzo or Brunico (many supermarkets). The Despar in San Vigilio is excellent, and the Conad in San Lorenzo is good. Very clean apartment, equipped with sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, dishcloths, dishes, an excellent dishwasher, an oven, and a four-burner induction stove. One bathroom with a shower, one with a tub, and a toilet. Each room has a sink, and in the large entrance hall, a table for the grandchildren to play with. They were thrilled to see the newborn calves, the cows, and so on. A great experience!

The ideal farm for adults and children

We stayed with the Graber family in the second week of August. There were nine of us (two families with four adults and five children) and, as previous guests have already noted, we can confirm that the apartment is beautiful, functional, spacious, and fully equipped (the kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely perfect), making it perfect for large groups like ours. We would also like to highlight the wonderful welcome, kindness, smile and helpfulness of Elisabeth and the patience of her brothers in letting our children go and "torment" the cows and calves to feed them or pet them. Anyone looking for a quiet place, perfect hospitality, a wonderful view, a family atmosphere and a starting point for many excursions and places to visit just needs to write or call Elisabeth and their search will end at the Unterguggenberg Farm! Once again, thanks to Elisabeth and the entire Graber family!

Peace and relaxation

With a breathtaking view, lulled by the ringing of cowbells, we spent a week in this spotlessly clean and tidy apartment. It's a pleasure to have breakfast with fresh milk and then set off on hikes in the splendid mountains admired from the apartment's terrace. Each comfortable and spacious room was equipped with a sink, Wi-Fi, a TV, and even toys and crayons for the children... as well as countless trail maps. A note was then left in the guest book of this splendid farmhouse.
