Comfortable apartments near Brunico

We stayed for 5 nights in January 2026. Maria is incredibly sweet and helpful. Apartment No. 1 is very comfortable, with a lovely double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, moka pot, and toaster, plus essentials like salt, rags, and detergent), a living room with a nice sofa, TV, and two beds, and a bathroom with a washing machine and hairdryer. Linens are included, and the town center is just a 10-minute walk away. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year.

Great apartment!

I stayed here for the entire New Year's week. The apartment was well-maintained and simple, with everything you need for a great stay. It's conveniently located for reaching the local ski resorts. Excellent breakfast provided every morning with local products. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quiet accommodation in a strategic location!

Wonderful stay

We stayed in a beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment on a stunning farm. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and the rooms were spacious and welcoming. The property is just minutes from the center of Brunico. We thank Mrs. Maria, very kind, ready to give us suggestions for the holiday. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon!

A perfect week

The holiday apartment's location is ideal, right on the cycle path. This allowed us to take many wonderful bike tours into the valleys. We also enjoyed plenty of hiking! Kronplatz 2000 is particularly recommended, offering a magnificent 360-degree view of the Alps. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us tips for things to do. The apartment is clean and very quiet, and there are excellent shopping facilities nearby. Bruneck, with its charming old town, was worth a daily visit to conclude our day trips. We would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment, strategic location

Beautiful, comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a wonderful shower. The location is strategic, both for the city center and for public transportation (train and bus). The owner is very kind and helpful. A very positive experience. We will be back.

A comfortable and well-kept house close to the city centre

This is my second time in Brunico and I've chosen this charming and comfortable accommodation. As you can see from the photo, it's a beautiful house located just a few hundred meters from the town center. The guest accommodations are on the upper floors, and the windows and terrace overlook a beautifully tended garden. Maria, a friendly and welcoming host, is always available to offer suggestions on how to make your holiday in the Pusteria Valley even more enjoyable. The apartment is well-designed, spacious, and bright. The bedroom is beautiful, and the bathroom is magnificent, featuring a walk-in shower, perfect for those with special needs. The kitchen is complete with an induction stove, oven, and a fully equipped dishwasher. Maria is pet-friendly.

A beautiful holiday

Located a 10-minute walk from the center in a quiet location, with a supermarket nearby. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with everything you need. The owner is a wonderful person, helpful and discreet, and always pampers guests with produce from her garden, including a delicious jam! Highly recommended.

Weekend in the snow

Four of us spent a weekend here in February. The location is excellent for reaching the Plan de Corones ski lifts. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and is very spacious. The landlady was also really kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.

Everything perfect

Comfortable and well-located apartment just minutes from Brunico city center. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is functional, and the WiFi is excellent. I would recommend it and if I have the chance I will certainly return.

Fantastic stay

We spent a week in this perfectly renovated old farmhouse: our apartment was extremely comfortable, cozy, and clean. It had exceptional beds, a gorgeous terrace, a bathroom with a window, excellent internet connection, and a convenient location in a very quiet area, just steps from the cycle path and close to all the amenities of Brunico on one side and San Lorenzo on the other. Above all, Maria's kindness, whom we thank again! Overall, we definitely recommend it and hope to return!

Marvelous

A perfectly renovated 16th-century farmhouse. Clean apartment with every comfort, strategically located for both walking to Brunico and the area's many scenic attractions. Maria is helpful, kind, and discreet. She generously shares produce from her garden. Mobilcards for public transportation are provided upon arrival. Finally, excellent value for money.

A nice stay

Stayed with my husband and our poodle. We chose Brunico for its central location, which allowed us to take beautiful hikes in various directions. We found this farmhouse very peaceful and welcoming, thanks to the owner, Maria, who greeted us with a smile in the morning and welcomed us upon our return, thoughtfully providing us with some vegetables from her garden to cook for dinner that evening. We felt very comfortable in this apartment (no. 1), which features a welcoming and comfortable kitchen equipped with everything we need, including a dishwasher; a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed; and a lovely little living room with a TV and an extra bed, which we didn't use since we were two. The bedroom and living room opened onto the balcony in the farmhouse's attic, right on the front of the house. The comfortable balcony has two loungers and a beautiful view of the cycle path that leads to the centre of Brunico in 10 minutes on foot. The bathroom has a washing machine and towels. Everything was meticulously cleaned. We had a great time and had a wonderful holiday!

Comfort just a few steps from the center

My husband and I stayed at the farm in July 2022. We had previously vacationed with the Hilber family. As always, we found exquisite hospitality, a spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-organized apartment; the bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. The dishwasher was a real plus. The old farm has great charm and is incredibly cool: a welcome relief on this hot summer's days. Once again, we appreciated the house's quiet location, yet it's very close to the Super Tipp and a 15-minute walk from Brunico, along a lovely path along the river. Thanks to the very kind Frau Maria. We will definitely return.
