Fantastic

We stayed here in July. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. Maria was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The apartment is close to a bakery, butcher, and supermarkets. We will definitely return.

Perfect place

The place is great because the villa is located in the close vicinity (10m) from ski bus station as well as from supermarket and other shops. Everything at hand. The ski slopes are within 5 minutes by bus. The Villa is beautifully furnished, cozy interior with separated bedrooms. The owner is very kind and always helpful. Perfect place!

Simply superb!

Great holiday at Villa Kriendl

Villa Kriendl is a beautifully renovated building in the center of Valdaora. I stayed there for my second summer, and I have to be honest, I can't wait to return. Tastefully furnished and welcoming apartments. Well-equipped kitchen. The owner is friendly and helpful. A truly excellent place to spend a relaxing holiday.

We hope to come back!

My family and I stayed for 15 days in July. The apartment we were assigned is architecturally beautiful and spacious, with new and well-designed furnishings. We were particularly struck by a wall in the living room painted in an extremely elaborate and thoughtful way (we'll leave the surprise for you to see). In the kitchen, the refrigerator for five is a bit small, but otherwise it is very functional and well-appointed. The parking space is excellent. The house is in an excellent location in the center of town, with nice shops on the ground floor of the same building. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Hannes, who was extremely kind from the first contact. When we mentioned that a guest had difficulty walking, he was quick to point out that the house had an elevator and the apartment was on the first floor. He was always available to accommodate any request, always with the utmost courtesy and promptness. Thanks again to Hannes for his kindness and friendship; we hope to return next year.

Excellent apartment

I stayed for 6 days with my family. We were all very satisfied, the owner was very kind and helpful, the house was spacious, well-furnished, bright, and very clean. The kitchen had everything, even the bathroom was well-maintained. It was exceptional staying here, I highly recommend it!

Highly recommended!

We stayed the second week of August with 5 people. Very central location, attention to detail, functional spaces, and meticulous cleanliness. Wi-Fi, Holiday Pass (weekly pass for all public transport) and free entry to the municipal swimming pool. The property offers free outdoor parking for two cars and a lift. Attentive and kind welcome from the owner. The price is a little higher than other options, but it's justified by the new construction, featuring designer elements and cutting-edge technology. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful, brand-new apartment in a strategic location (halfway between Brunico and San Candido), convenient for reaching most of the most beautiful places in the Dolomites. Despite being right in the center of Valdaora (a charming town with many tourist attractions), it's absolutely quiet. Excellent amenities, and the hosts are discreet and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in August 2017

My family and I stayed in an apartment at Villa Kriendl. Brand new, spacious and comfortable apartment, very well furnished and equipped with all services and comforts. Beautiful TV, large kitchen and living room, large and beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower. Highly recommended! Ideal for families. Excellent location in the center of the village of Valdaora di Mezzo. We can't wait to go back already!

Beautiful holiday

We're from Rome, and we knew the quality of the place very well, having frequented it for years. This time, however, Annes (the young owner and manager of Villa Kriendl) really surprised us. The courtesy, warm welcome and helpfulness shown are unparalleled. The attention and great respect shown to guests are the true added value of this magnificent structure, values also concretely expressed through the refined, high-quality architectural choices of the rooms and apartments. Everything excellent

I stayed at Villa Kriendl for a week with my family and it was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, with shops and public transportation nearby (there's a bakery/pastry shop and butcher/delicatessen downstairs, and a supermarket just steps away). Hennes and Mrs. Annalisa are very kind and discreet. ...what can I say...we hope to return, perhaps for the winter holidays...see you soon!
