The two apartments are located on the first floor of the building and are accessible from the rear entrance. Suites Cristallo and Faloria are spread over two floors. The living room and cooking area are on the first floor, the double bedroom and the bathroom on the second. Each apartment is 26 sq m. The apartments and their balconies are faced south-east. They are cosy and romantic, perfect for couples. Sunny and quiet location.
On the ground floor there are a covered place for bikes/ski/ski boots, washing maschine and dryer. The suites are two people. Water, power, Wi-Fi via fiber optic (FTTC), bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels, final cleaning fee and one parking space are included. The heating is not included and costs €2/hour. Guests use in winter on average 3 hours a day the heating. Socket for electric car charge not included in the rate: Euro 0,55/KWh. Small and medium size pets accepted only with prior approval of the owner with a pet fee. Credit cards not accepted. Check-in from 4pm to 9pm and check-out no later than 10am. During high season check-in and check-out on Saturday. Owner on the spot.
Regardless of length of stay, no change of bath/kitchen towels or bed linen will be provided, following Ordinance 19/3/2014, n. 6501 of Corte di Cassazione (Court of Appeal). The bus stop is 130 m away from the house. 6 runs in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the town center. In winter every 15 minutes a ski bus runs from the town center to the ski areas.
