The apartment Cà Faloria is situated in Pecol, a small hamlet of Cortina d’Ampezzo. It is only 10 minutes walk from the center and 200 meters from the slopes of Faloria with wonderful views of the mountains Tofane. The property is located in a sunny and quiet position, ideal for relaxing holidays away from traffic. The bus stops directly under the house and takes you comfortably to the center of Cortina, without moving the car. The apartment is big 50 sqm, fully renovated, and is on the ground floor, facing south-west. It offers a living room with sofa bed and wood burning stove, kitchen equipped with crockery and cutlery, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. It has also a double bedroom and a bathroom with laundry. At guests disposal there are also: garage, cellar, parking place, large garden with playground for children. Upon request and against payment separately cleaning are carried out daily or weekly. We do not accept pets.
