It is a typical Ampezzo house with two apartments furnished in warm and cozy mountain style.
Both apartments have a private entrance, private outdoor parking, central heating with thermostat SMART, WiFi.
Cà Agnel is south-east facing, which is ideal for enjoying the light and sun that warm and illuminate the rooms in the morning and afternoon.
In 50 meters away are the bus stop and the "former railway" (long road of the Dolomites), which today functions as a pedestrian and cycle path.
The first floor has a large balcony on both sides (lockable with gate), accessible from all rooms and equipped with table, chairs, benches and sun loungers.
The ground floor has direct access to the garden from the French door of the kitchen.
The communal garden, rich in plants and flowers, is equipped in summer with tables, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.
Small pets are welcome at Cà Agnel.
