The apartment is situated in Cortina d’Ampezzo, on the first floor of a typical rustic house, in a quiet position with separate entrance and a panoramic view of the mountains Faloria, Cristallo and Pomagagnon. It is a 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre, reachable by a rural road called "Convento". The bus stop is only 100-150 m from the house.
The apartment is equipped with beautiful furniture and six beds; it has a living room with TV and balcony, 3 bedrooms of which two double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and one with shower, a washing machine and dryer, a large utility room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob with 5 burners, refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. In the apartment you will find also an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, mixer and vacuum cleaner. There is also a large cellar for the ski equipment or bicycles and car parking space.
The rental is preferably seasonal or on annual basis for tourist purposes.
