South-facing flat with front garden on the ground floor of a Dolomite villa. In summer it is equipped with two deckchairs and a small barbecue, table with chairs and bench for breakfast outside. Quiet but convenient location, just a few steps from the centre. Ski bus stops for access to the ski lifts and city buses just 50/70 metres away. The proximity to the village centre makes it possible to get around on foot without a car, there is a well-stocked, small supermarket and a pharmacy just 250 metres away. Ideal for families, a small cot with sides is available on request. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, four-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, blender. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hoover are provided. The bathroom with window has a bathtub/shower and is equipped with a washing machine. Internet available. Wooden furniture in mountain style; Tyrolean tiled stove in operation in winter. Private storage room for skis, mountain bikes and equipment. Parking below the house or in the immediate vicinity in a private car park. Small pets (no puppies, no cats) allowed on request. No smokers. Costs for final cleaning, additional costs and visitor’s tax will be charged. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
