The facility offers 4 apartments (available from September onwards) in Auronzo di Cadore, about 1 km from Lake Santa Caterina. The public transport stop is about 200 m from the house.
Each apartment has two double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a fifth bed on request, a bathroom with WC, bidet and shower, a living area with equipped kitchen and a balcony.
The facility has private outdoor parking, a garden, a garage for storing bicycles and a ski room.
The accommodation also accepts seasonal rentals, for shorter stays it is possible to request bed linen and towels, the minimum stay is 3 days, preferred payment in cash, prices to be agreed with the property (including the additional price for a possible fifth guest).
