Dear guest, thank you for the preference you have given to the Apartment Olivotti Silva. The owners of the apartment wish you a pleasant stay in Auronzo di Cadore. From this apartment you can admire the beauty of the Dolomites - East the Mount Tudaio and West the beautiful Tre Cime - in front of the Monte Agudo with its ski lifts. It also enjoys a beautiful view of the village and the lake - a place of pleasant walks. The new bike path runs along the entire town and along the lake and the river Ansiei, a tributary of the Piave.
The owners remind you that the apartment can be occupied from 16.00 and must be vacated by 10.00. You have at your disposal bed, kitchen and bath linen - with weekly change - television, hair dryer, washing machine and ample parking. Prices include electricity, water, gas, heating. Final cleaning are not included.
Under Article. 109 of TULPS all guests staying in the apartment must be declared. The owners invite you to hand a document on arrival. No more guests than indicated in the booking confirmation are allowed.
You are encouraged to use the bins for recycling, which are 50 mt from the house.
You are invited to use the washing machine from 19.00 to 08.00 and the hot water - heated through solar panels - especially in sunny days; doing so you can reduce energy consumption and you will have a small discount on departure. Let’s help the environment together!
