The flats are located in Via Pecol in Cortina d’Ampezzo, in a house surrounded by meadows frequented by deer and roe deer, on the slopes of Falòria, on the edge of the forest: a marvellous place to enjoy the Ampezzo Dolomites at any time of the year!

The flats, furnished in a warm and cosy mountain style, are the ideal accommodation for nature and landscape lovers. For skiers and hikers, the accommodation is the perfect starting point for their sporting activities. The accommodation is also suitable for anyone who simply wants to relax in a quiet and sunny place.
Each flat is equipped with washing machine, clothes horse, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board and electric carpet/scrubbing machine.
Outdoor car park, lawn with garden furniture that can be used in summer, information material for tourists, methane heating with autonomous control, storage room for skis and ski boots, "Ski Hike Card" for discounts on local tourist services.
The rental price does not include final cleaning, laundry and the reimbursement of operating costs. These are charged according to personal consumption with meter reading. Payment is made in accordance with the rental agreement. The deposit for possible damages, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, as well as the advance payment must be paid in cash on arrival. Check-in from 4.30 pm, check-out until 9.30-10.00 am.
