Exceptional holiday

We stayed a week at the Marcora apartment. The accommodation was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, equipped with all amenities, and very comfortable. The view of Antelao and Pelmo was exceptional, and, last but not least, the lawn in front of the apartment was equipped with loungers for perfect relaxation. Nica and Diego are very helpful and discreet hosts. Highly recommended!

A simply splendid stay at the foot of Mount Antelao

We stayed in Nica and Diego's apartments in Borca di Cadore in June, and we can say without a doubt that everything was perfect, in every way. The location is simply magical: the property is located right at the foot of Mount Antelao, and every window offers breathtaking views, with the mountain seemingly within reach, changing colors throughout the day and beautifully illuminated at sunset. Nica and Diego are two wonderful people: they welcomed us with such kindness and warmth that made us feel immediately at home. They gave us invaluable advice on excursions, lesser-known spots, and typical local restaurants, and were always available for our every need. The apartments are meticulously maintained, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need—even more than you'd expect. Spacious, bright spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, top-quality linens, and a rejuvenating silence surround the property. Getting around is also incredibly convenient: just a few minutes' walk from the town center, where all the trails leading to the Dolomites, the lakes, and nearby towns begin, as well as the ski resorts in the winter. It was an unforgettable stay, where nature, beauty, hospitality, and comfort blended perfectly. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the spectacular Dolomites, this is the ideal place. 100% highly recommended, we'll definitely be back as soon as possible!

Exceptional

Quiet place, comfortable apartment

Every time it’s a confirmation

This is the fourth time my family and I have chosen to spend our mountain holidays in the Dolomites with Nica and Diego... Every time it's a confirmation, a guarantee! As demanding as I am, especially when it comes to finding clean accommodations where I can feel at home, I couldn't choose anything else. We've stayed in almost all the apartments. They're all comfortable, convenient, and equipped with everything you need. Two bathrooms (a rare convenience), traditional, welcoming, and well-appointed furnishings, new dishes, always clean linens, and well-functioning appliances. But the hosts make the difference: always welcoming, helpful, extremely kind, present yet discreet. Every time we return, it's even more beautiful because the surrounding greenery is ever more cared for and organized... We've just returned home, and I'm already homesick! And what can I say, the location is perfect: in the quiet Borca which offers all the main necessary services, together with the very nearby San Vito, and a stone's throw from the more fashionable Cortina and many other places of well-known interest. PERFECT!

Everything perfect

We rented two apartments for the Christmas period. The apartments are very welcoming, spacious, bright, super clean, and very well equipped; nothing is missing. We had a perfect week, and will definitely repeat it. We enjoyed the mountain atmosphere just as we dreamed. There's a beautiful forest nearby, offering many walks. The place is quiet and peaceful, and you can rest very well. The hospitality is also perfect.

Lovely holiday in the Cortina region

The apartment is in a quiet village, with beautiful views of the mountains around. It is quickly and easily accessible from the main road to Cortina, about 15 minutes away, and with a nearby supermarket. It is a very good starting point for travelling and hiking in the Dolomites. We even made a day trip to Venice. The apartment itself is very cosy and fully equipped. We got a warm welcome even though we arrived late at night. In the kitchen we found such extras as olive oil, coffee, spices and more. Nica was very helpful with recommendations of places to see and a nice nearby restaurant, and even phoned the car rental company for me when I needed them. All in all a very good holiday.

Amazing place!

Very kind and helpful host. The location of the apartment is ideal if you came tracking all over the Dolomites. Every major track is an hour drive or less.The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is spacious and very cozy. I definitely recommend this apartment for two couples.

A dream

Demanding as I am, I never thought I'd find a place that completely satisfied me, and yet here it is, a stone's throw from Cortina d'Ampezzo, in the beautiful Dolomites, Carnic Alps, surrounded by greenery, a fairytale panorama, mountain views, a terrace full of fragrant flowers, a meticulously kept garden, a practically new apartment, immaculately clean, equipped with every comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, scented linens, everything seemed new, dishwasher, quilts in the closets, truly very comfortable, but the difference was definitely made by the owners, Nica and Diego, with their kindness, always present... what can I say, if perfection exists, well here it is.

Beautiful living room

We stayed with Nica and Diego for a week in July and had a wonderful time. There were four of us: my husband, my parents, and I, plus our big dog. The apartment we were assigned (Antelao) was perfectly equipped, modern in its amenities, and warm and welcoming in its tasteful furnishings. The hosts were friendly, helpful and very courteous. The lawn available to guests, bordering a beautiful wood and with a splendid view of Antelao, is very well-kept and beautiful. I appreciated the house's location, a little outside of town. For shopping, you can walk to San Vito in about half an hour, or take the car and be in Borca in a few minutes. The Malga Senes, the first easy outing in the area, is a lovely place to spend a day, enjoying excellent food. It's definitely a place I'd love to return to.

Beautiful Apartments

New, spacious, well-maintained apartments with everything you need, even in the kitchen. Everything is clean and tidy. The photos on the website give you an idea, but I assure you, it's even better in person, as the size of the rooms and hallways is detracted from the photos. Add to that the beautiful location and the owners' warmth and kindness. What more can I say? These apartments are highly recommended, especially to families—a wonderful retreat to recharge. Comfortable apartment

We stayed 4 days from January 2nd to 6th and were favorably impressed by the area, the splendid view of the mountains, the kindness of the owners and the functionality of the house (new and very comfortable). I highly recommend it also for the tranquility and proximity to very fascinating areas
