Apartment Casa Bella Vista

Welcome to the apartment Bella Vista (beautiful view).

The house is located approx. 930 m above sea level in an absolutely secluded location with a fantastic view of the Cuneo plain and the surrounding three-thousanders of the Piedmont Alps.
The apartment with about 46 square meters is on the ground floor with its own entrance. The equipment includes a large living room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a TV/radio with German and Italian channels and a sofa bed for two people for the guests. A hallway with a cloakroom leads to the bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and a large walk-in brick shower. Next door is the bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed for two people, a cot can be added if required. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, as well as German electric sockets. Around the house there is a large terrace with a grill and pizza house, as well as a natural plot that can be used by holiday guests. WiFi is available throughout the property.
The house is located at the entrance to the Valle Maira. In the snow-free period, fantastic hikes or mountain bike tours can be undertaken in the valleys. For the somewhat more sporty guests, there are several via ferratas and demanding high-altitude trails in the valley for all levels of difficulty. In winter, the valley is known for beautiful ski tours. The surrounding ski areas can also be reached in short distances, snowshoe hikes and ski tours can also be started directly from the house if the snow conditions are suitable.
