Holiday House Casa Felice

Casa Felice is a renovated former barn located in Paschera San Carlo (Caraglio), in a strategic position between the Maira and Grana valleys. Detached on three sides and with private parking, it combines vintage charm with modern comfort. The house is arranged over two floors: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small open-plan living area with a pellet stove, while on the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Situated exactly halfway between Caraglio and Dronero, it is an ideal base for exploring the Grana and Maira valleys. A few hundred metres from the house is the bus stop for line 92 (Dronero–Cuneo), and from Dronero it is also possible to take line 78 to Acceglio. The location is also perfect for excursions in the Stura, Gesso, Vermenagna and Varaita valleys.
From here, destinations such as Colle dell’Agnello, the Alta Via del Sale in Limone Piemonte, Colle della Maddalena, Colle di Tenda and Colle della Bonette, as well as places like Castelmagno, are easily reachable. For cycling enthusiasts, recommended spots include the Ciciu del Villar in Villar San Costanzo, the Pedancola (Tibetan bridge) in Monastero di Dronero, the river park in Cuneo and the BioParco in Bottonasco (a hamlet of Caraglio).
Guests have access to the entire house, comprising a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Heating is provided by a pellet stove on the ground floor (with all necessary supplies included) and electric radiators on the first floor.
