The apartments in the activity centre of the Green Point Pennavaire project are the result of the recovery of a structure that was abandoned for 15 years. Acquired in January 2020, it was opened in August of the same year.
There are 4 apartments with different configurations, all accessible at street level from a bridge that takes you to reconditioned, clean, tidy rooms that still retain a certain 80s / 90s style.
The downstairs structure houses a vegetarian restaurant with pizzeria and bar.
All around there is a large garden, a children’s park and a cycle workshop for bicycle repairs.
The Green Point Pennavaire project is an activity centre that will have different activities.
