Chalet Navauce is located within the Intermunicipal Park of the Carnic Hills in the municipality of Raveo and is immersed in a hectare of meadow and forest, walnut trees and indigenous plants, far from roads and noise pollution, an ideal place to rediscover yourself and live in close contact with nature in a sustainable manner.
The Chalet, as well as the farm to which it belongs, pays extreme attention to the environment and sustainable energy. In fact, in addition to being built with natural materials (stone and wood), it is equipped with an off-grid photovoltaic system that uses only solar energy, the heating of the rooms is provided by biomass stoves, and the farm uses rainwater storage for various structural activities.
The Chalet consists of five beds (plus an additional cot) on two floors, which can be divided into two mini-apartments if available.
On the ground floor there is a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a double sofa bed and a complete bathroom with shower accessible to persons with disabilities.
A larch staircase leads to the first floor where there is an entrance terrace with breakfast table, an equipped kitchenette, a complete bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a small bedroom/sitting room.
For those who wish to stay at Chalet Navauce and are not equipped with a four-wheel drive off-road vehicle (strongly recommended for access to the facility), the owners can provide you with a suitable vehicle on request.
Alternatively, Chalet Navauce and the Sore Navauce farm can be easily reached on foot in just over 10 minutes from the village of Raveo.
