The house in the woods is an independent villa on two floors. First floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace. Second floor: 1 large bedroom with 4 beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom.
Behind the house there is a garage with a second bathroom.
One km from the cottage there is a village (Prato di Resia) where you can find a bank, post office, pharmacy, bar and restaurant. A little further away (2/5 km) there are shops and other restaurants. The house in the woods is reachable by car. A bus service connects the town (1 km from the house) to the main cities of the region: Tolmezzo – Udine - Tarvisio - Trieste.
Relax is the slogan! A large well-maintained lawn and woods surround the house. The house faces south. Sun, light, silence and woodland scents accompany visitors while walking in the fresh air of the nearby woods or sunbathing. Children can run and play undisturbed while enjoying the freedom that nature provides. Dogs and cats are welcome.
The surrounding mountains are alpine tourism destinations with trails and paths. The bike trail (5 km from the house) is connected to routes to Austria and Slovenia.
