Top Hill Cottage - A corner of paradise in the mountains. Nestled in the heart of Carnia, located on a splendid hill, the villa offers a unique experience of luxury and tranquility.
With its stone structure and large windows, Top Hill Cottage is a perfect combination of modernity and tradition, designed to offer maximum comfort to guests.

The villa is spread over a 12,000 m2 park and offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Every corner of the house has been designed to make the most of natural light, with modern and elegant interiors, fine wood floors and generous spaces that make it ideal for hosting families or groups of friends. With a large equipped kitchen, five bedrooms all with private bathrooms, Top Hill Cottage can accommodate up to 12 people.

An ideal destination for a holiday or a long weekend, the villa also offers a Turkish bath and a fully equipped gym and other services to guests, to regenerate after a day in the open air.

Nature lovers will enjoy enchanting walks or bike rides along the paths surrounding the property. In winter, the proximity of the Zoncolan and Forni di Sopra ski areas makes this villa the ideal destination for winter sports enthusiasts.

For complete and correct information, we inform you that Top Hill Cottage is rented entirely and it is not possible to rent individual rooms.
