Chalet Magdalena 

Chalet Magdalena is situated in an idyllic, sunny and quiet location in the midst of the burgravian alpine world. A rustic house with every comfort lying in the middle of a fairytale-like forest. Built out of granite and wood, with an original South-Tyrolean-style roof: it is the perfect love nest. The chalet is in 5 minutes walking distance from the skiing area of Falzeben (1600m Avelengo) and is accessible through a private path. In spring and summer, the chalet can be reached by car using a forest road. During the winter months, a motor sleigh is available for luggage transport and the car can be parked 10 minutes (walking distance) away from the house. You can relax on the sunny lawn and terrace. The alpine world enchants hikers, cyclers and skiers. Kids are on a discovery trip. 4 hectares of forest and a beautiful meadow are all part of the property. The spa town of Merano with its various cultural events and shopping opportunities is only 20 minutes away (by car).
The chalet disposes over a large living room with open fire-place and panorama window, dining area and terrace. TV with satellite, Hi-fi and telephone. A modernly equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On the ground floor you’ll find 2 bedrooms, bathroom with WC. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with WC. Total of 8 beds (on request 10). In the basement there are tables, benches and a sauna with diving pool.
