In the middle of the countryside: the newly built flats with spacious terraces are nestled in our vineyards and orchards. Nevertheless, the spa town of Merano is within easy reach.

Modern architecture, old farmhouse furniture with lots of wood and cosy parlours in every flat. While you relax on your terrace or enjoy our breakfast with many home-made specialities next to our herb garden, you can admire the herbs and flowers with all their colours and scents.

Or would you prefer to take a dip in the swimming pool and enjoy the breathtaking view from the neighbouring sunbathing lawn? There is a small playground and a large trampoline for the children.
