Are you searching a calm place where you can relax in contact with the nature? Then you are just right on the farm Oberhof in Ulten. The farm with cows, a horse, hens, cats and rabbits is 4 km from S. Nikolaus on 1500 m in a very sunny position. From here you can walk in the mountains without using your car. The house is also near the skiing area Schwemmalm. You have to go 1 km with the car and then you can take the ski-run to the cable-car station. Nearby the house there is a great garden for families with a large playground for the children with the possibility to make barbecue. You and your children can also ride the horse or help in the stable. Now we are constructing another stable for little animals. Enjoy the home-made products as milk, eggs, cured bacon and vegetables. Open garages and an new ski-room are at your disposal. In the guest house we can offer you 4 apartments offering rooms with balcony, extra beds, kitchen and bathroom.
