The Prechtlhof is a sunny fruit farm surrounded by apple trees and vines, with a clear panoramic view of the Etsch Valley. It offers four beautiful apartments and a bungalow in a wonderful, quiet location, but still close to the centre of Merano. Here you will also find various animals such as the farm’s own dog, cats, rabbits and chickens. From the Prechtlhof, on the edge of Obermais, you can easily reach:
- the bus to the centre of Merano in 300 metres
- in 10 minutes on foot the botanical gardens surrounding Trauttmansdorff Castle, which are well worth seeing
- various restaurants within a radius of 5-20 minutes on foot
