Clean and well-equipped apartment in a location overlooking the Merano Valley, surrounded by apple orchards. The proximity to the Forst brewery was greatly appreciated. An excellent network of cycle paths allows you to explore over 70 km of the area. The owner even gave us a complimentary gift of homemade elderberry syrup. A warm welcome.

Family with six-year-old twins

Excellent hospitality. The apartment was spotless, warm, and welcoming. Very convenient for reaching Merano and Bolzano. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. The spacious bathroom with underfloor heating is a real treat after a day in the snow. We hope to see Lagundo again in the summer.

Beautiful place

Very relaxing holiday days

Many thanks to Ms. Laimer! We decided at very short notice to spend a week in South Tyrol over Easter. Since our usual accommodation was fully booked, we had to look elsewhere... and we weren't disappointed... quite the opposite: we found a perfectly maintained and fully equipped holiday apartment with a fantastic view towards Merano and Bolzano. Thanks to the early summer weather, we were able to enjoy the morning sun on the lovely balcony and spend cozy evenings reading in front of the house until sunset. The bread delivery service was great... a basket was already waiting for us at the door early in the morning, and on Easter Sunday we were even surprised with a little Easter nest! We'd love to come back again!

Welcoming, authentic holiday farm

We felt very well looked after at the Törggelehof. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and bright, built in the local style with lots of wood. Ms. Laimer was very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely, well-maintained garden with seating for enjoying the evening sun. The location was quiet, and the balcony offered panoramic views and morning sun. Plenty of information about the region was provided, including the Algund Card.

Very nice and welcoming hosts

We visited South Tyrol for the first time in September 2016. We have never experienced such friendly and uncomplicated service in a holiday apartment. Towels were changed twice a week, and fresh bread and rolls were delivered to our door every day at cost. Ms. Laimer had compiled a wealth of information about the farm. We also found many informational brochures and a detailed description of the bread and rolls on offer. Free entry to the outdoor swimming pool and the Algund Card were also included. The apartment is situated on a hillside, but the village is easily accessible on foot, even for those from flatter areas. The bus stop is just a short walk away. Exterior blinds keep the heat out on hot days. A fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed in the living room, and a terrace with lounge chairs complete the amenities. We highly recommend Mrs. Laimer's homemade syrup. Occasionally, you might even find a nice surprise in the bread basket!

Great holiday apartment

We have stayed with the Laimer family twice so far and have already booked for a third time. Each time we have been thrilled with the "complete package": Beautifully furnished and very well-maintained holiday apartment with a fantastic view of Merano and the Adige Valley, all-round service including bread roll service and towel change twice a week, shared use of the house's own herb garden, extensive information material available, etc. Furthermore, the apartment is in a quiet yet central location. In other words, we feel very comfortable at the Törggelehof!

Beautiful autumn hiking week

We spent a wonderful week hiking in Algund in September 2016. We've been to South Tyrol and Algund several times before, but in our experience, the Törggelehof is one of the best accommodations there. We loved the peaceful location, the magnificent views, the warm welcome, and of course, the excellent amenities in the apartment. We'd love to come back!

Everything was simply great!

We spent seven days in the holiday apartments at the Törggelehof farm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We received a warm welcome and were immediately given plenty of information about the village and the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious enough for two, spotlessly clean, and the view from the south-facing balcony was absolutely stunning. The bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen completed the picture of this cozy holiday apartment. We were able to enhance our meals with fresh herbs from the farm garden. Garage parking, Wi-Fi, and the "AlgundCard" were included in the price. This card allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge, visit museums, and ride cable cars. For us, it was a truly wonderful and perfect holiday. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Very nice holiday apartment

This summer marked our fourth stay in a holiday apartment owned by the Laimer family, and we have already booked again for 2017. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and perfectly meets our needs. The location amidst an apple orchard, with its stunning views towards Merano and the Adige Valley, is simply beautiful. Since we enjoy hiking and biking, it's an ideal base for our excursions. Mrs. Laimer is a very kind and helpful landlady who gave us many great tips for things to do. The lovingly prepared breakfast basket with fresh fruit and the bread rolls we ordered left nothing to be desired.

Excellent holiday destination

Upon arriving at the Törggelehof, we were greeted by a very well-maintained property. A large, shady carport and a garden pavilion for guests are also available, as well as a herb garden where guests are welcome to pick herbs. The house contains only three apartments, so it's very quiet. The well-furnished and very clean apartment has a lovely balcony with views of Merano and the Adige Valley. Every morning, a basket of fresh bread rolls is waiting for you at the door, along with a little surprise from Mrs. Laimer (peaches, plums, or apples). The Törggelehof is a great place to stay. You'll feel right at home here, with an excellent hostess who is always ready to help her guests. In August 2017, we'll be returning to the Törggelehof for the ninth time!

Dream location with a dream view

We had the pleasure of spending a week's holiday in September at one of the most beautiful farms in the region. The Törggelehof farm is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. Top address in Algund

We found a truly wonderful holiday apartment at Törggelehof. This applies to both the location and the elegant furnishings and amenities. Our expectations were exceeded in every respect, and we were able to spend a wonderful holiday there this year with our grandson Kolja.

Beautiful holiday apartment with a stunning view

This was our third time here this year, and everything is just perfect. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. The view from the south-facing balcony towards the Adige Valley and the Dolomites, as well as from the bedroom towards the Texel Group, is perfect. Because there are only three apartments, it's pleasantly quiet, and the walk from the parking space to the apartment is extremely short at about 5 meters. So no endless lugging of luggage. The Törggelehof is also conveniently located for city bus connections, and the short climb to the house is easily manageable by bike, even after a strenuous ride. The house is situated a little away from the village, so you don't have any noise from immediate neighbors. The Laimer family are very pleasant and friendly landlords. They remain discreet if desired, but are always ready to help when needed. For us, the perfect apartment with the perfect landlords.
