The structure is located in a quiet position and it represents the ideal starting point for many excursions af different levels (it is located directly on the path "Meraner Höhenweg"). In winter it is the perfect choice for ski lovers since it is directly on the slopes, including the cross-country ones.
Near the apartments you will find a shop where you can buy and taste typical home made products and products typical of the Passiria Valley.
The children playground and the free car parks are directly in front of the house. Available for the guests also the outdoor sauna, which you can enjoy with a little extra charge.
