Casa Piva is located in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites, in the Val di Zoldo in the Pecol area, 50m from the ski slopes of the Civetta ski area and in a central area with all the services available on site. In our house there are 4 welcoming apartments, all the same, two on the ground floor where animals are accepted and a large solarium and two on the first floor with a terrace. Animals are not accepted here. They have: a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 separate beds with the possibility of transforming them into a double bed, sheets are provided, the living room has a typical Tyrolean stove, double sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, dish detergent and dishwasher, tall fridge with freezer spacious, 32" satellite TV, free wifi, bathroom without window but with excellent ventilation equipped with toilet and shower, washing machine, hairdryer, shower and face towels, hand soap;
For the summer period you will have at your disposal a large garden equipped with games for children aged 2 to 8 and comfortable deckchairs with a table.
Final cleaning is excluded from the price. Electricity and hot water costs are excluded only for rentals exceeding 7 days. While in the winter period, final cleaning and heating consumption are excluded and will be calculated at the end of the stay. The tourist tax is excluded.
You will have the opportunity to book your ski pass and ski rental before your holiday by specifying it in the email.

Weekend

Welcoming apartment, equipped with all comforts, clean and in a strategic location for those who practice alpine skiing. Stunning views from the terrace. Excellent Wi-Fi too. I recommend it.

Excellent location

The apartment is very nice and well-organized. Ideal for four people. The main convenience is its proximity to the cable car: just a few minutes' walk! The price is in line with the local standards. Definitely recommended!

A holiday to remember

We spent two relaxing weeks in the mountains with our two grandchildren, aged 6 and 4. The house is in a magnificent location with a unique view of the Civetta and Pelmo mountains, just steps from the cable car. The first-floor apartment appears brand new, meticulously maintained in its typical Zoldo style, quiet, and equipped with every comfort. The grandchildren greatly appreciated the large garden with playground equipment. Pecol and Mareson, with their beauty and tranquility, remain true mountain villages.

A beautiful holiday

We spent two weeks in the ground-floor apartment. The house is very well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need, including Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The kitchen (pots and pans, etc.) is also equipped with everything you could possibly need, and, unusually, everything is new or at least not damaged by time and wear, as is often the case. The location is enviable, with a direct view of the mountains and just 100 meters from the main road: silence is guaranteed! The owner takes care of the house's exterior (flowers, garbage, etc.) every day. Ideal for families with children, who can safely play outside. The village of Pecol has a supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, bar, ice cream shop, pizzeria, restaurant, and a few sports shops. It's in a spacious, sunny part of the valley, making it an ideal base for fantastic excursions, even slightly further afield, without the risk of finding yourself stuck in traffic on the main road, as in other Dolomite valleys. In short: highly recommended!

Una vacanza bellissima

Abbiamo passato due settimane nell’appartamento al piano terra. La casa è tenuta molto bene, nell’appartamento non manca nulla, compreso wifi e lavatrice. Anche in cucina (pentole e attrezzi vari) c’è tutto quello che può servire e, cosa rara, tutto è nuovo o comunque non distrutto dal tempo e l’usura come spesso capita di trovare. La posizione è invidiabile, con la vista diretta sulle montagne e lontana dalla via principale (100 metri): il silenzio è assicurato! La padrona di casa cura l’ordine e la pulizia della casa esternamente (fiori, umido e secco etc) tutti i giorni. Ideale per famiglie con bimbi, che possono tranquillamente giocare all’aperto senza pericoli. Nel paese di Pecol ci sono market, parafarmacia, tabacchi, bar, gelateria, pizzeria e ristorante e qualche negozio di sport, è in un punto della valle ampio e soleggiato ed è ideale come partenza per fare fantastiche gite anche un po’ più lontane senza correre il rischio, come in altre valli delle Dolomiti, di ritrovarsi in coda sulla statale. Riassumendo: consigliatissima!
