The Promenade Apartments enjoy a very convenient and sunny position in Caprile and offer a spectacular view over the north-western face of Mount Civetta. The building is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden, as well as ample parking. A pedestrian path starts right across the street and runs for approximately 5 kilometres, meandering past Caprile, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Alleghe, up to Masaré, at the end of the Lake Alleghe.
Only a few hundred metres away from the apartments is the village centre, packed with shops and services that can be quickly reached on foot.
The village of Caprile has a strategic location in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The famous peaks of Civetta, Marmolada, Pelmo, Tofane, and Sella, which is considered the geographical centre of the Dolomites, are all around within a short distance of Caprile.
The various roads that branch off from Caprile in many directions allow you to quickly reach many destinations in the Dolomites, whether they are part of your summer excursions, with several itineraries available, or as part of the exciting winter skiing on offer at the many Dolomiti Superski ski areas, most of which are interconnected.
