The "Solarium" apartment has an independent entrance from the rest of the villa and is laid out as follows:
Entrance hall, living room with dining and sitting area and TV, kitchenette with hob, microwave oven, fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a hallway with washing machine; the bathroom, with natural light, is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi.
A private, enclosed garage reserved exclusively for the apartment, as well as a private parking space, are available.
Direct access to the private "Solarium" terrace, furnished with a dining table, sun loungers and a parasol.
Note: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
