Villa Elena in Alleghe–Dolomites is a small building located about 700 metres from the centre of Alleghe, surrounded by greenery in a quiet and panoramic position, with a magnificent view of Lake Alleghe and Mount Civetta.
It offers a spacious and bright 75 sqm apartment, ideal for families and nature lovers seeking to spend their holiday in complete privacy.
The "Solarium" apartment has an independent entrance from the rest of the villa and is laid out as follows:
Entrance hall, living room with dining and sitting area and TV, kitchenette with hob, microwave oven, fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a hallway with washing machine; the bathroom, with natural light, is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi.
A private, enclosed garage reserved exclusively for the apartment, as well as a private parking space, are available.
Direct access to the private "Solarium" terrace, furnished with a dining table, sun loungers and a parasol.
Note: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional information: Prices are for four people. The fifth guest costs €20.00 per day. Final cleaning €70.00. Tourist tax €1.00 per day for guests over 13 years of age.
