A wonderful place

We had a wonderful time at Residence San Carlo: the hospitality, cleanliness, and excellent location for both the lake and the historic center of Molveno. The apartment was beautiful, with attention to detail and comfort. It's definitely an exceptional place, and I highly recommend it.

Perfect for visiting the Paganella plateau

Perfectly located, close to the town center and the beach, yet far enough away from the noise and bustle. We stayed in the Negritella apartment, which was very practical and functional, and we were able to use the garage. Mrs. Concetta was very kind and helpful, she made us feel at home.

Enchanting place

We stayed at the Botton d'Oro apartment in the San Carlo residence. The owner was very kind in preparing the room for us with two cots for our 11-month-old babies and also provided a high chair for feeding them. The apartment, equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, shared washing machine, hairdryer), was on the ground floor with a lovely garden where we could hang out our laundry or relax on the loungers. The building also has an elevator, which was convenient for us with our stroller and small children. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for a better place. Molveno is enchanting, we'll definitely be back. Excellent location.

Hospitality and kindness

I highly recommend this residence for the hospitality and helpfulness of the owners/managers. The apartments are also well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and very close to the lake! We'll be back!

Holiday and welcoming stay

We spent a relaxing week as a couple, accompanied by our two dogs, who were very welcome. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Concetta, a welcome and discreet presence. The apartment was clean, well-heated, and conveniently located near the ski bus stop for the transfer to Andalo. Beautiful lakeside walks are possible, and if you're looking for more activity, there are shops and ski resorts nearby, as Andalo is just a few minutes' drive away.

Class

A beautifully furnished apartment in a fantastic location, just 100 meters from the beach, restaurants, and town center, with the nearest supermarket only 200 meters away. The landlady is lovely and takes excellent care of her tenants. The apartment is clean and features a nearly fully equipped kitchen. Parking is available right in front of the building. What more could you ask for?

Stupendous

The Rododendro apartment residence is perfect, with all the comforts of home except for the private washing machine, but there is a shared washing machine available for any need. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and has a balcony where you can eat and sunbathe on two loungers. Mrs. Concetta is extremely helpful and always available. The stay was wonderful. I couldn't find a single flaw. I will definitely return. Excellent location. Everything was excellent. A top-notch holiday.
